REMAIL: Error reporting implemented

I've implemented error reporting on remail at extropia.

The errors are forwarded to errors at extropia.wimsey.com.  This is an anon
pool (=mailing list).  Errors are concise, explaining what went wrong.
The incoming Subject: line is used as the (sole) identifier.

to errors-request at extropia.wimsey.com.  For help, send 'help'.
